USPS ends temporary prices at 12 a.m. Central Time on the date it gives, so a temporary row ends the day before. Every row is checked against at least one other USPS document: another Notice 123 edition, the archive's HTML copy, a USPS price file (from 2017) or a Postal Bulletin. On Oct 19, 2026 every row was checked again against a fresh download of its own source (the 23 archived Notice 123 PDFs and Postal Bulletins 22247 and 22326) with a second, independent parser, and all 58 archived Notice 123 texts agree with the row in effect on their printed dates.",
