Poshmark stops covering USPS's $50 hazmat fee: sellers pay it all from Oct 19
Poshmark paid all of USPS's $50 hazmat noncompliance fee through July 31, 2026, then charged sellers $5 for each flagged package from August 1. From October 19, 2026, sellers pay the full $50 from their earnings if USPS flags their package. Poshmark says the usual trigger is an old hazmat label on a reused box, including the small 'Limited Quantity' diamond.

A penalty, not a per-sale fee: -$45 for each flagged package compared with the $5 share charged since Aug 1. Unflagged packages: no change.
