Poshmark will charge you for heavy packages shipped without an upgraded label
From October 26, 2026, if you ship a package over 5 lb on the standard label without upgrading it, Poshmark takes the upgrade cost from your earnings. Poshmark used to absorb this cost. The upgrade is $5.00 for 5.01-10 lb and $10.00 for 10.01-15 lb. A package over 15 lb on one label costs $15.00 at 15.01-25 lb, or the full USPS price over 25 lb.
Your net on a $10 / $25 / $50 sale: n/a / n/a / n/a
Only if you ship over 5 lb without upgrading: -$5.00 (5.01-10 lb), -$10.00 (10.01-15 lb), -$15.00 (15.01-25 lb on one label). Upgrading first costs the same and avoids a surprise deduction.
